The Making of an Esthetician

Last night in class we finished our very last chapter. We still have some tests to take, but theory is pretty much done. I can’t believe it! I also can’t believe I have three months left of school. These last nine months sure went by fast!

Saturday was an interesting day. I did my first chemical peel, a half-leg wax, an underarm wax, got my underarms and eyebrows waxed, and was basically called a liar by a fellow student.

We have been getting a lot of really great comments on this blog and everyone is so knowledgeable. Sometimes I read your comments and I think I’m never going to get this. I might understand some of what you’re saying, but not everything.  There is so much to learn that it can be overwhelming.  But I want to learn and I want to know it so I try not to get discouraged.
